Violent Home Invasion Leaves Victims in Hospital | Colorado Springs Criminal Defense Attorney

Theft, burglary, illegal weapons, and aggravated assault are the charges being racked up for two minors and a 20 year old after a violent home invasion on October 28th. According to The Denver Post, the suspects were arrested on Wednesday after being accused of entering a Colorado Springs home and attempting to steal several guns that were kept within the residence. Two victims were home at the time of the robbery and were assaulted by the three suspects now in police custody. The victims suffered severe injures and head trauma due to being attacked and beaten with suspects guns. Both victims were taken to the hospital, one has been released and the other is still in critical condition. The incident is still being investigated by the police and some of the weapons are being held as evidence.
